Regulation ACO cornhole board (one of two). 24x48 inches with 6-inch hole and folding legs.
One regulation American Cornhole Organization board, 1219×610mm (24×48"), with a 152mm (6") tournament hole centered 229mm from the top edge. Build two for a complete set. The frame is 90mm tall, made from four ripped strips of plywood; legs fold flat for storage.
Cut the top first — a perfect rectangle with no chips matters because the bag-bounce depends on a smooth surface. Then cut the frame strips and assemble with glue and pocket screws. Sand the top to 220 grit, hit it with two coats of oil-based poly, and wax it after. The legs pivot on a single carriage bolt with a wing nut so any kid can fold the board for tailgate transport.
The cut list for cornhole boards in this template covers one regulation board: 1 top, 2 long frame strips (1219x90mm), 2 short frame strips (580x90mm), 2 legs (295x90mm). Double everything for a tournament pair. All seven parts come out of a single half-sheet of 15mm plywood with room to spare.
Most cut list for cornhole boards results online forget the kerf on the leg cuts - those four extra 3.2 mm bites add up to a slightly short leg, which makes the board lean. The optimizer below builds the cut list with kerf applied to every cut and prints a PDF with the exact placement. Click "Open in Optimizer" to download.
