Heavy-duty 4-tier shelving sized for the typical American garage wall. The 1800mm-tall side panels and 1164mm-wide shelves let you fit 30-gallon storage tubs on every level with room to spare. Front lips on each shelf keep tubs from sliding off when you bump them with a car door.

This build is intentionally cheap-and-strong: 18mm plywood throughout, screwed and glued, no hardware fancier than a 2.5" deck screw. Use the OSB cut calculator if you want to drop the budget further — OSB will hold the same loads in this design and saves about 30% on materials. Anchor the back to wall studs at the top so a fully loaded unit can't tip forward.
